Amenities:

• Located Directly on the Bay with water views
• A short walk/bike ride to Fort Myers Beach and attractions
• Water, Sewer, Electricity, garbage included
• Washer/Dryer available for use

Pricing 2025:

• January - March: $1,200/month
• April - October Rates: $1,000/month
• November and December 2025: TBD

A few things:

• One individual must be 55+ to rent
• No Pets
• Minimum RV/Camper Length: 24 ft
• Maximum RV/Camper Length: 40 ft
• Photo of camper required 
• Background check required
